Development land that will probably not be sold for some time. Its all fill dirt.Some about 30 ft. deep.About 11 acres total. The rent is "right".Car dealer, friend who doesn't want to pay the developemnt tax rate.Rented it in June. Beans are late and small. Its a wonder there are any at all. Couldn't find any innoculant locally.I love a challenge. lol. Will it grow a wheat crop ? How would you do it? TIA, bob
