Last night at a County FB meeting, a number of farmers were saying there is no money for operating loans, here, for fertilizer. Not unless they have a contract for corn above some magic number.
Supposedly one or more farmers were informed the companies could care less about the USA Growers because the world is buying all they can produce.
It will be interesting if US farm productivity goes back to 1950 levels.
