Subject: fertility on winter peas

looking to put out some austrian winter peas for a cover crop and some to possibly harvest. also would like to market some to whomever but some of the local folks say weevels can get really bad if you don't keep and eye on the in storage. was wondering what fertility peas like to make them happy and also is there a fumagant that a guy can buy that dosen't require a license or can anhydros be used in the bin or is that detrimental to the seed in some way. just trying to get an overall picture on what it will take to raise decent yields on soils with a ph 5.8 and om 1.5 and how to manage them until market in my own strorage. TIA coolhead
