got prepay price today from dealer, and i about fell over. quoted me 810.00 a ton for nh3/with bar, and 175.00 acre applied for a 20-95-120. cash up front in 5 days. is this a deal? i am not used to this new economy yet.
he said 1000/t for nh3 is very likely. does this price sound like similar for other areas? sure adds up to big $'s fast.
they just sell chemicals & fertlizer, and custom spray. no margin calls on the grain side to put them under anyway.
