| i was talking to guy about Urea price today and we were talking about how much it went up this past week. we both farm and we arent big farmers but he had talked to a consultant that farms on the side. the guy was going to put some urea out and the fertilizer place told him he needed to go on and buy it that day for 680 a ton because the next day it would be 750 a ton. Well he told one of his farmers that he consults for about the price increase . Well big farmer called the next day and got the urea for 620 a ton. I think thats wrong to do that samething on bases setting them if I have 20,000 bu and big farmer has 100,000 bu they give him better bases to get his business. Also was told the earthquake in china made the urea go up. | |
