Subject: Kentucky Bluegrass Lawn Question

Two questions

1. I have one building site that was seeded 3 springs ago with a pasture mix(fescue, brome, orchardgrass) mix and then 2 years ago we interseeded bluegrass to try and make it more appealing to mow reguarly....The problem is the pasture mix...it doesn't mow as well as the bluegrass. Any way to get that stuff out and grow the bluegrass patches....should i keep intereseeding in the fall until i get it the way i want or just chalk it up to a screw up and start over this fall with bluegrass? I would be willing to tear it up if needed to make it look right long term.

2. I have anouther building site to seed down this fall any tips on getting a great looking lawn? Bluegrass is the lawn of choice for this region.

TIA
