SWMO | Cover crop is triticale about 4 feet tall. Originally broadcast with grass seed along a new road ditch at edge of field.
Corn seed went in suprizingly well. I have done this before but not as thick and tall. Usually burndown about boot.
Thing are a mess in SWMO with re-plants, late plants and in some cases triple plant. If you think second time is not fun, third time is down right painful!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT; The row in the center of the first pic is a planter wheel track. The second pic is a planter row track.
