Subject: Foliar N on corn with fungicide

Bartlett TX
I have corn tossiling out and it looks great, good moisture, lots of potential. I am prolly gonna hit it with some headline, possibly some foliar fert and maybe a pyretheroid. What is the most economical means of Foliar nutrition? namely nitrogen. My choices are Prolific 20-20-20, Prolific 10-52-10, 32% watered down, or something one of you can reccomend. What would you guys do? Also, is the jury still out on fungicide on corn? or is it a no brainer? what about the pyrethroid? Thanks for any comments.
