Subject: Will 28% hurt new clover?

South cental Ohio
Can I top dress my wheat with 28 and not hurt the clover that I seeded in the wheat earlier. I'm afraid the 28 might burn and kill the little clover fellers that have sprouted. I broadcasted the clover on the wheat about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I can use the stubble hay and I also thought that we should ALL go back to older practices to reduce the amount of fertilizer that we require. We used to plow down clover many years ago (Ed might remember, he he) and boy the corn we grew the following year. How about spreading urea instead of the 28 ( not my first choice though).
