Glasgow, Ky | As we have heard recently there are farmers trying to get out of grain contracts due to the price spread. Anyone heard of this happening with land rental agreements? Given the run up in rental rates in some area's one would think there are a few landowners less than thrilled with their contracts. It does put the tenant in a difficult situation. If you don't play ball now you might be out of the game later. Any thoughts one way or the other on this?
