| Auctioneers expensive. Yes.
If they had found the right people---and they are the pros at this--I could have made a lot more than the 6% minus 1 1/2% buyers premium I paid. Lots, lots more.
They can't be lucky all the time and neither can I.
I was very, very lucky. I will receive--even after paying the auctioneer at the closing--much more than I ever thought I would.
I'm aware that 1031 exchange people and buyers premium are not on most farmer's favorites list. No one held a gun to any one's head.
You're a big boy and you come to play or you don't.
