I have been approached by a local elevator to raise hogs for them. The only hurdle i have is i live in an area that is very strict on rules and regulations for putting up wean to finish buildings. If i want to build a nursery i do not have to have any special permits. They are willing to fill a nursery but i dont want to get 5 years down the road and have it sitting empty. Thoughts and opinions would be great.
