Subject: Fair charge for keeping neighbors grass fed cattle?

Lancing, TN
We have a good barn - similar to one of Garvo's and we are currently keeping some of the neighbors cattle. These are mostly a mixture of "organic" Black angus cattle and some jerseys. All are grass fed only. Most right now are from 400-800lb and a mixture of bulls, steers, and heifers.
We run a hay press and sell a lot of hay, so we continually have waste hay and floor sweepings from the press. The majority of it is an alfalfa derrivitave, Thus it is good quality hay that they are getting, and he doesnt' want them grain fed.
What would be a fair price to charge for feeding these animals like this? I understand yardage would be .25-.35. The hay is worth about $400/ton in good small bales here - junk hay here is about 80-100/ton. We are feeding the "waste", but it is mighty fine waste. Currently feeding about 40 head.
Please shoot me some good numbers.
