| Can someone enlighten me with a possible explanation why my EZ Guide 500 is always stuck at a 40 ft implement width whether I'm doing an AB line or identical curve or similar line pattern? I've tried switching from 20 ft to 80 ft to 60, etc and it still puts up the lines at a 40 ft width.
I've followed the instructions to a tee (Reset guidance, start new field, choose pattern, select implement width...etc) and I can't get the 500 unstuck from a 40 ft swath width. Does not work well for a 60 ft sprayer or 30 ft drill. What's odd is that when I have the coverage logging on it logs at the correct implement width but clearly does not put the AB lines at the right location.
I have an Ez-Steer connected as well and the thing works perfectly when "on" the AB line...steers straight as expected
I have the recent 500 firmware upgrade and of course the EZ-Steer has been upgraded to be compatible.
Am I missing something or do I have a buggy system?
I want my Ez-Guide Plus back!
