. . . have a significant public image campaign going on - http://www.trueenvironmentalists.com/?gclid=CKGbuuHvuaYCFQrt7QodCzRbGg.  I can't speak for Sioux Falls and other larger communities (that's anything over 10,000 in SD), but in Rapid City they were flashing ads on all of the electronic billboards and are ususally in the Sunday paper as well.  They are excellent ads and don't cause much commotion in an area where the politics are let's say on the conservative side.  Realize there must be a significant cost for this campaign, but it would do more good in Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco.
