IL. | Ok I understand that now you have to keep a daily log book report even if it's for farm use only and not many miles, ok ,can do that no problem, have the IDOT # and the UCR tax paid and the other form filled out for the feds., but my real question or questions are: my brother has a non-cdl does he still need a medical card and is his non-cdl good for a semi ,I'm sure he would have to have the air brake indorsement but what else, I'm covered with everything due to my off farm truck driveing job. seems they have changed some rules and I haven't paid enough attention to them .
