Has anyone out there had an insurance company not pick up a piece of equipment you've settled up on?
It's been sitting in my yard for going on 2 years now, and I've called the agent multiple times to get it and he doesn't return my calls. We're cleaning up all the junk scattered through the yard, and I'd like it to go.
Are there any rules where it could be considered abandoned?
