Subject: Geo thermal water heater???

Replaced a nearly 30 year old LP furnace and AC unit last year. So far I have been well pleased with both the Geo Thermal heating and cooling. Very reasonable operating cost also. Especially with the blazing temps last summer. The thermal unit has provisions to hook up a water heater. I did not change out the 30 year old LP water heater and I think I am on borrowed time with it. Rather than wait till it blows and makes a mess of things I'm looking at adding the thermal heat for the water heater. Question for those who have a thermal hot water heater. Do these units typically keep up with the needs for "normal" household use. I never have ran out of hot water and I don't want to! I'm fairly confident the operating cost will be good. The LP backup furnace has never had to kick on. If I get rid of the LP water heater the only thing left on gas is the kitchen cook top. Shoot I use the micro wave most most of the time anyway--
Just looking for some thoughts to see what I might expect.

Thanks
