I don't know for sure what is going on, but the markets certainly took a healthy hit today. I don't know if this is tied to the general economy or something else is going on. I talked to a guy from Cargill and he said that in two years corn, soybeans and wheat will be worth about half of what they are today, actually two days ago when we had probably another twenty cents higher, but it does not sound good to me. He also said land prices would probably be about sixty percent of what they are now. I think the land price has gotten completely crazy in the last several years and we do need a correction on that.
