| I was trying to explain the situation to a friend and this is what I came up with.
I buy a car with no brakes or steering. I then go to my local mechanic - who depends greatly on the business I give him - and get him to certify the car is in excellent condition. I then sell the car to a third party. I then go to my insurance agent and take out a accident policy on the car and wait to collect.
Am I close to the general framework of what went on, or not. | |
