| A month or more ago, it was Progressive Farmer, I think, that had an article on companies that invest in farmland. One of them was the Hancock Agricultural Investment Group. From what I could find on the net these companies invest for large institutional investors. Does anyone know of a company that invests in farmland for individual investors? I normally make an annual contribution to my Roth IRA but this year I've got a distrust of Wall Street. I think everyone on Wall Street is going to get rich except the investor. I'd buy local farmland except there is very little available, the ROI is low, and my budget is small. | |
