I really do not believe the US will end up in hyperinflation as I think there will be change of direction and/or change of politics long before that happens. However, just in case we do not get the change made in time, this is a fascination story about Zimbabwe through the eyes of a foreign investment adviser and is quite fascinating. I just do not see us traveling down this path but I can certainly see us in double digit inflation before someone like Paul Volker comes along and cleans up the mess.
