What this article relates to is something I have noticed for quite some time. Winners and looser alike move in tandem price wise.

To me this means a lot of speculative money moves around sector by sector instead of really looking for individual values within sectors. This also indicates to me much of that money would not hesitate to pull out in a seconds notice to cause tremendous volatility in the markets. This would be opposed to a more normal time when money would tend to be more long term investments and "ride out" market dips.

Movements seem to be greatly exaggerated because of this situation, in my opinion, and that will not change any time soon.
