Do I agree with absolutely everything said in the presentation? No, I rarely agree with everything anyone says.
I think there are areas of the country that are appropriate for mono cropping. I also think there are areas that are best mostly or all livestock. But I also think that if things went back towards a generation or two ago when the vast majority of farms intigrated both livestock along with crop farming it would not ba a bad thing. Not likely to happen, but would not be a bad thing for farmers or the environment, in my opinion.
