Depends on you. I replaced the entire floor on a 9860 last summer. It all unbolts but the section you need to fix/replace is the largest piece under there. I could use a forklift and some cribbing to lower/replace. Most people will get a sheet cut and weld that in. Good options either way. Only reason I took mine out is so I could weld a sheet on it the next time it wears out. I also welded a wear strip in the middle for the chain . Sometimes the middle chain seems to sag a bit .
