Have a well maintained 12Ton Running gear with 10:00 X 20 8 bolt rims. Have poor tires on it, but will include 4 good tires, 11:00 X 20 Tube type Radials, mounted on open center rims, would have to be remounted. Gear has been stored inside for the 20 plus years while in service since we owned it. Bearings has always been inspected and serviced with hub zerks. Beams sits around 31 inches, maybe higher than average gear, works good for seed wagon to get chute in hopper. Has Bulldog tongue jack, gear in good shape. No longer need gear, box was broke, changed operation. Have pictures on my phone, as of right now, don't know how to include them, but can send pictures. May edit later with photos.
EDIT TEXT We were going to remount these tires, but tires are really good tires mounted on open center rims. Would be perfect if you wanted to replace hard to find 10:00 X20 farm truck tires. Tires are a G rated, very heavy duty from a airport snow plow.
