These are probably early 80's Chem Farm SS tanks. Sight tubes and sumps added 4 years ago. Tanks overall in good condition but are getting thin/weak from rubbing in saddle. Have been welded multiple times, very minor leaking but usable. Still good for light use, have been used for last 4 years. Saddles included but no frames.
