s.e. Pa | From the other posters it appears they are not NAT approved. I don't care for john deere tractors very much. That said, the neighbor has one and I think it is one of the nicest tractors I have ever run. His is a 4 post, and it's a nice tractor for hay and other lighter loads. I used it side by side with a 4230 pulling silage wagons and couldn't tell any difference in power. I also thought it started a lot better cold.
