| I had been running a 14 hp Simplicity Sunstar garden tractor to cut my lawn - no power steering. I really liked the tractor, job of mowing, durability, etc so I purchased a 20 hp model on ebay WITH power steering. I still have the 14 hp and that baby sits in the garage - I refuse to operate it anymore due to the fact that the power steering makes handling the large garden tractor SO much nicer.
I would most certainly opt and pay extra for power steering on an ATV. As for extra stuff to go wrong - when was the last time you chose a vehicle without power steering (are any available anymore?) just because of concern over something happening to it? | |
