Nwmo | Just put a st johns concave in the 9600.
We set the concave in as far as we could, then pried the front of the concave up and used wires to tie the front of the concave to he cylinder.
Then we put 6ft long bars through the cylinder and put them in the between the slats on the concave and pried it around.
The beater grate must be all the way forward.
We took the filler plates out and left the cylinder bars in so we could use those to pry against.
One thing you won't like to hear, we had not planned to take out our beater grate but we ended up doing it anyway. The beater grate had some slats broken out and the square bushings that it slides up and down on were worn clear through. That is something you need to look at before you button it all back up.
