Subject: Details

Milford, Illinois
I don't want it to appear that I'm advertising the truck on this site, which isn't really appropriate. I just want an idea from people who have more knowledge than I of the worth of vehicles.
But since you asked I'll give some details. I guess it can't be valued without knowing what's inside. It has a 389XD (that's what the air cleaner sticker says, some call it a 390) gas engine with a 5 speed transmission and 2 speed electric shift rear axle. I bought it new and mostly used it to haul grain from my bins about 5 miles to the local elevator. Also it was used for a few years to haul from the field to the elevator. Everything works but the tachometer, which was a waste of money for me to order when buying the truck. With a governor it can't be overspeeded anyway. I haul everything in wagons now. It was always way overloaded on the rear axle with 425 bu. of corn so I no longer wanted to worry about a hefty fine.
I'll list it on E-Bay probably next week and see what happens.
