Measure size of buckets--width-projection from belt and depth. Look on Tapco or 4B website to find capacity of a bucket that size. Figure speed of belt- motor speed- reduction ratio- size of head pulley. Measure how far apart the buckets are on the belt. Find cubic feet per foot of belt. Then cubic feet per minute. Then make that in to cubic feet per hour. Then make that into bushels per hour. Then 75% cup fill. Then 75% of that to be close to right.
Example - bucket holds .1 cubic ft. spaced 12 inches apart, belt speed 400 feet per minute, gives 40 cubic feet per minute, times 60 minutes gives 2400 cubic feet per hour, times .8 to convert to bushels, 1920 bushels per hour. You won't achieve that cup fill so take that times .75 to get theoretical capacity 1440 bph, now take 75% of that so as not to be disapointed, 1080 bph.
Otherwise post the numbers here and I will figure it.
