NC Ohio | Maybe you have it in by now. When we was about in with the concave it was hitting beater grate also. Some how We ended up with a 2 x 4 prying up on beater grate and wedged it in somewhere. But I am not sure where. The concave has to slide forward a little in the back and then we pry ed it up. We hooked a small chain through concave and stuck a spud bar in to pry up concave. It was a month or so ago so I am trying to remember. We also had a little problem getting grate hooked back to concave. Those little I bolts seemed to be a little short. But after prying down on grate was able to get the nut started and then tighten down fine. All this probably makes no sense. but maybe will help. We also put in a Loewen.
