But looks like he has checked all those things. Wondering if one brake is holding. The early 65s had a open disc brake set up that could hang and cause excessive heat/pull. If you left the pads in to long they would lock up in the field. They are a female dog to change.

I would put a temp. gun to the rotors after some operation to see if one side was hotter than the other.
