We just put a new concave in our 9610. We had cylinders bars off and was able to get a long bar chained to back of concave and pry ed it up and blocked it there until we could get bolts started. It went in but you need 2 people. My sons fingernail has started to grow back from pinching it when installing ours. It can be very frustrating. Good luck
