As the others have said a loading ramp would help...but... if you have a good natured swine, and some time, you might try stacking straw bales in a stair step pattern and coaching him with apples or some other "piggy treat".

Just back off and let him find he's own way or he will make you look foolish, and you will learn to hate hogs as much as most people do!
