Subject: Removing Old Openers -Tye NT.

Oklahoma
I am trying to replace the openers on my dads old TYE Stubble Drill. This is the older model with a small bolt on the outside of the hub and under the bolt is another bolt that actually holds the whole assembly on the assembly. The inside bolt is actually a round head with a fitting for an allen wrench to remove it. So far out of 30 to remove I have gotten 6 totally removed and worn out several allen wrenches trying to get the others off. I have oiled them up good, tried heating them up, and even made a socket that fit a short bit of allen wrench so I could hook up a big socket wrench on them. All with not much luck.

Is there a good way of getting these off? Anything you all can reccomend to try?

Thanks.

FYI - the replacement openers will have the new style with a dust cover and 1 bolt holding the whole thing together.
