Brazilton KS | We've had it happen more then once....I know it happened on our first swing away, which was an 8" Huchinson, and on the 13" Westfield. Both were welded when they were fixed, although I have to admit it was the second time the Huchinson was fixed that the shafts got welded together....the first time we tacked the nuts on the threads so that they could not loosen...that proved that the bolts didn't necessarily fall out, they were also capable of shearing because we got the opportunity to do it right the second time and weld the sections into one piece.
