4430s had some rearend failures early on when used for heavy tillage.Mostly because the axles tended to loosen up and were not kept adjusted. Shouldn't be problem for most 4430s now. Neither PTO was a problem. 4440 do have heavier rearends and axles.True 4430s seem to be a little more peppy since they dont weigh as much as a 4440.
