Everytime I have gutted a barn we have used a Sawzall. The problem with usinig a torch or plasma cutter is that the risk of fire is significantly more than when using a Sawzall because of the size of the "sparks." I would strongly recommend not using a skid loader because you could easily tear up your concrete floor by forcibly removing things that are bolted to the floor. You also run the risk of "bulldozing" supporting beams for the ceiling if you're not very careful where you drive.
