I've always been told the 4430 will use less fuel. Don't have a 4440 to compare though. Have 2 , 4430's. Looked at trading, dealer wanted $10,000 difference with the 4440 having 2500 less hours. Was a nicely kept machine but I'm a hard sell. At least the air worked!
