Subject: Re: 750 drill vs kinze planter

I'd like to see the planter that will put the beans in the ground any better than a 750 drill.........I've walked behind most of them, and I've never seen it. We put the SI belt units on ours, converted it to 15" rows and it's a bean plantin' machine. Sure it's nice to plant it all with one machine but that has drawbacks too. Also if you have another driver and tractor available and the season gets late you can plant beans and corn at the same time, that might not be an issue for you...........but it's an option you don't have with one machine.
