High Springs, Florida		Here in Florida local bulk propane sales are $3 a gallon and up in many cases. When I asked why, they told me demand was DOWN, so they had to raise the price to make up for lack of sales.

#2 oil is only 3 cents higher on the wholesale market according to http://www.oilnergy.com
