Star Prairie, WI | Check with a rigging company in the area, they use jacks that size for moving heavy machinery, like the press pictured below. They should have a good idea of it's value.
Press is a Minster E-2 600 ton at Bermo in Circle Pines, MN. That's where I learned most of what I know about metal stamping before getting laid off in '01.
