I have been looking for a White 5100 planter, now there is a 7100 Deere selling on a sale nearby. The one problem is that it is a mounted one with lift assist. Why do these sell so far below pulltypes in the prices I've seen? What are the drawbacks and advantages of mounted planters? I farm gently rolling dirt with no contour rows if that makes a difference. Thank you!
