Lac qui Parle County Minnesota | I was told by my coop manager that this year, the refineries are updating their plants to comply with the new sulfer(sp) regulations. Seems like they are all waiting until the last minute to get it done. And the fact that we don't import any diesel, with Europe and SA using a lot of diesel themselves, to make up for the lower output of our own refineries. Don't know if it is true or not but it sounds plausible to me. |
