Subject: Found oil residue mixed with anti-freeze in radiator

Doesn't look very good, and this is a "hobby" type tractor use, can you help me out? When checking fluids - discovered oily mix in with anti-freeze when adding to the radiator, any ideas on how it's getting in there or if that is it? Tractor is IH 1256 model - I think 407 (?) motor late 60's to early 70 model. What should I look for and where? Doesn't get worked much, did a little hay rakeing and wagon pulling other wise it sits and I didn't notice any smoke, loss of power or funny stuff comming out of breather tube. Water temp seamed to run normal - 200. Oil presure seems normal reading on the gauge. I just changed the oil and filters didn't notice any thing with the old oil. Thanks for your help
