How about making a new farm rule banning any electronic add-on without owner/manager's permission or get fired on the spot. Tell them your insurance frowns at anything not intalled by approved mechanics. Tell them bring their own portable CD player with a supply of batteries.
As for greasy food, check the cab for cleaniness each shift. If dirty and greasy, dock their pay just enough to hurt their wallets and keep on it until they get wise up.
