Subject: Terry------- did that happen in Iowa? The reason I ask......

is this question of when in commercial mode and when not has to be answered.......

Our pickups cross state lines all the time, and I need some authority on it..........THEORETICALLY I have some capacity in IA to get answers for questions like that, so I would like to hear Iowa's "official" answer.

Plus, I got the same treatment you did when we were in NE earlier this year........except I was in commercial mode.........but the NE guy brought up the same issue, and said it was a "judgement call" by the officer............now just how in the hell that can be a "judgement call", I guess I need more education to understand.
