Don't have to work at it around here they are looking for any excuse they can use. Must be a part of their hiring procedure to find guys who have wives that are a PITA at home so they come to work mad.

Last fall they stopped me. He was mad because I pulled off the road where there was a guard rail and a bunch of pot holes, not my fault that's where he turned on the lights. He told me he thought I would have pulled on ahead to a spot in the road that was wide with an extra shoulder and flat blacktop. Hard to keep from grinning as he bitched because I had purposely gotten off the road quick to be in a nasty spot for his scales. Did he actually think I was going to try and make it easy for him?

Ended up that he didn't weigh me, checked the fuel and inspected the truck and trailer, gave me a warning because one of my tailights on my truck had a hairline crack in the lense. I should say this was KDOT, not one of the Olathe guys.
